No sale to minors

The sale of spirits to minors is prohibited. Whit your order you explicitly confirm that you are full of age and that the ordered products shall be for your personal use exclusively.

It is of utmost importance to us that our customers are fully content with our products and services. Our staff will gladly consult you on your product selection and gift options as well as on general questions about Absinthe.

Our Product Range

For technical reasons the goods shown in the illustrations may differ from the shipped goods. Errors or misprints reserved. Decoration/Gift wrap is not in the scope of delivery.

Prices and Availability

Payment methods are prepayment, click to pay, cash on delivery, assignment on reception of invoice. The ordered products will be shipped to your address. Postage, package fees and insurance are accounted for seperately. Product availability is indicated in the shop. Because of information time constraints, however, the actual stock may differ from the stock indicated. We therefore cannot grant any guarantee of delivery.

Shipping conditions

With product shipping responsibility is transferred to the customer. Shipping usually takes place within five days following the order, in case of prepayment after payment receipt. The vendor will not be liable for delivery date observance, if the delivery date was not bindingly declared in writing. In the latter case liability shall be limited to free of charge redemption of the delivered goods and price refund. If the delivery is delayed due to circumstances to which the vendor has no influence, the vendor shall not be liable for damage or loss resulting from such circumstances. Delivery after omission of the reason for delay is cosidered "delivered on time". Claims to the vendor of damages in consequence of non-delivery or erroneous delivery are excluded. all goods remain in the vendor`s possession until complete payment. Additional costs for payment delays, espacially reminder and debt collection fees, shall be debited to the customer.

In our shop you can purchase without being concerned about security. All your personal data that are retrieved in the course of your purchase shall be treated confidentially. All personal data are used exclusively in order to attend and serve you according to your needs. Order Cancellation

The customer has the right to cancel the order within seven days after making the order. The costs resulting from cancellation are debited to the customer. If the goods have already been shipped, then the customer will be debited transportation costs. He shall also be responsible for the return consignment.
